Is purchasing of bikesdirectonline.com.au safe and secure?

Yes we have put in place security measures to make it safe for all to purchase.

 

Can I buy a product from your website and pick it up in store?

Yes you can, provided the order has been received and is ready for dispatch.

 

Are the prices listed on your website available in store?

No, prices listed on our website are strictly for internet sales only.

 

Do you provide after sales service for your bikes?

Yes, a 12 month service plan will come with all new bikes sold.

 

If I purchase a bike, can delivery be organised?

Yes, please contact us first via email before your purchase.

 

Bikesdirectonline does not hold sensitive payment details about customers. 
When  inputing you card details, the card processor keeps the information about your card and only then issues bikesdirectonline with a unique identifier which allows us to identify paymenst against your card, or issue refunds when applicable.  We do not have access to your complete card details.

 

I’ve made my purchase, when will my order be dispatched?

Delivery times can vary depending on where the goods are being sent to and the type of service that has been selected. We don’t work over the weekend so orders received after 3pm on a Friday should be despatched first thing on a Monday.

 

Can I amend or change my order? How do I pay the difference?

Due to the volume of orders we receive daily it’s not always possible to amend or change orders, once an order has started processing.  The solution is to place a new order for the chosen item and return the unwanted item when you receive it.
