Shipping / Refunds Policy
Shipping costs are based on the weight and size of your order and ship-to location. We have a range of different options available to ship both within Australia and around the world. Our preferred method of shipping is Australia Post for small items and Bluestar for Large items. For prices on postage, contact sales prior to purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. We will gladly issue a refund* as long as the item(s) have not been used, washed, damaged, and are in the same condition as when you received them. Shipping and handling is not refundable.
We do not do exchanges. We will issue credit/refund for your returned item upon receipt, and you can place an order for a new item at your discretion. If you think the item might sell out by the time we credit you back, order the item that you want from our website.
1) On the invoice, circle the item(s) you are returning.
2) Indicate the reason for you returning the item (s).
3) Indicate whether you would like a refund or store credit*
4) Do not send returns C.O.D. They will not be accepted under any circumstance!
*Only items returned within 14 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for cash refund and items returned within 30 days will be issued store credit.
